How to participate:
Returning Utopians (verified previous attendees) can proceed directly to ticket purchase.
First-time attendees — answer a few questions about yourself during checkout so we can welcome you in. We're excited to meet you in Rhodes!

Your ticket includes:

• The full 5-day musical program across multiple Rhodes venues — beach club days and club nights
• Wellness sessions, workshops, and community activities
• Event shuttles between venues; and the guided Old Town walk
• All applicable VAT included

Booked separately (communicated after ticket purchase):

• Hotel accommodation via our official room block in Rhodes Town — locals, or anyone with custom accommodation needs, please coordinate with us in advance
• Optional excursions and activities bookable closer to the event

Meals and drinks are not included — our partner venues serve à la carte and set-menu dinners throughout the event. Please budget separately for food, drinks, and other personal expenses.

Getting there: Rhodes has its own international airport (RHO) with direct flights from many European cities. Daily ferries connect the Turkish coast (Fethiye, Marmaris, Bodrum) with Rhodes.

Policies

Visas: Travellers who are not EU/Schengen residents may require a visa to enter Greece. Turkish citizens arriving by ferry from Turkey can usually use the visa-on-arrival scheme ("kapıda vize") — typically one week's processing with minimal paperwork, subject to eligibility. Age restriction: 21+ event.

Payment: Tickets paid in full at purchase via credit/debit card or PayPal. A €10 booking processing fee applies per ticket.

Refunds:
Full refund (minus €10 booking processing fee per ticket) until 9 September 2026 — two weeks before the event. No questions asked.
After 9 September, refunds are granted only in case of force-majeure events (natural disasters at the venue, pandemic-related travel bans, or event cancellation by the organizer).
Hotel refund policies are communicated separately as part of the hotel booking flow.

On rare occasions, we may find that Dream of Utopia isn't quite the right fit for a specific attendee. We'll then let you know and refund your ticket in full (minus the €10 booking processing fee).
