How to participate:

• Returning Utopians (verified previous attendees) can proceed directly to ticket purchase.
• First-time attendees — answer a few questions about yourself during checkout so we can welcome you in. We're excited to meet you in Rhodes!

Your ticket bundle includes:

• 5 days of music program admission across multiple Rhodes venues
• Free access to private beach venues, workshops, and community activities
• €80 Partner Venue Food Allowance that you can spend at specific event venues
• All applicable VAT included

Booked separately (communicated after ticket purchase):

• Hotel accommodation via our official hotel block in Rhodes Town: For a seamless experience, tickets are valid only when paired with accommodation booked through us
• Optional excursions and activities bookable closer to the event

About the Partner Venue Food Allowance

This required allowance provides you €80 of food value at selected partner venues during the event (currently planned across Amalfi Coast and Elli World). Exact redemption details will be provided before the event.

This is not a full meal plan. It does not cover all meals during the event, and drinks are not included. Please budget separately for additional food, drinks, tours, and personal expenses.

Policies

• Visas: Travellers who are not EU/Schengen residents may require a visa to enter Greece. Turkish citizens arriving by ferry from Turkey may be eligible for the Greek Islands visa-on-arrival-style scheme, subject to pre-authorization and eligibility requirements.
• Age restriction: 21+ event.
• Payment: Tickets paid in full at purchase via credit/debit card or PayPal. A €10 booking processing fee applies per ticket.
• Refunds:
  • Full refund (minus €10 booking processing fee per ticket) until 9 September 2026 — two weeks before the event. No questions asked.
  • After 9 September, refunds are granted only in case of force-majeure events (natural disasters at the venue, pandemic-related travel bans, or event cancellation by the organizer).
  • The Partner Venue Food Allowance follows the same refund policy.
  • Hotel refund policies are communicated separately as part of the hotel booking flow.
  • On rare occasions, we may find that Dream of Utopia isn't quite the right fit for a specific attendee. We'll then let you know and refund your ticket in full (minus the €10 booking processing fee).
