Confirming Your Attendance · Payment and Refund Policies
- For a seamless experience, Tickets are valid only when paired with accommodations booked through our official channels.
- Step 1 / Ticketing:
- Pre-Payment: Secure your spot by paying a portion of the ticket fee. Payments can be made online using major credit / debit cards.
- Final Payment: Remaining amount is due upon arrival at the event. This final payment must be made in cash, in either € or TL equivalent.
- Step 2 / Accommodation Reservations:
- Pre-payment: Following your ticket pre-payment, you’ll be directed to the reservation form. Once it’s filled out, you will receive our 'reservation details' email, after which you have 2 days to make your accommodation pre-payment.
- Prepayment amount: €100 (or 3500TL) per person for Rocas and Casa Roja (exception: single-rooms); 50% of the total for the camping option and some other partners such as Deep Ocean / Faralya Tuz Suites, and 30% for Lov.
- Final Payment: Remaining amount is payable at check-in. Accepted methods include cash, bank transfer, or card.
- Easy Refunds:
- For your convenience, we offer a straightforward refunds process. Enjoy hassle-free, 'no questions asked' refunds until September 10th. A full refund is provided, minus a €10 booking processing fee (per ticket).
- Beyond this date, refunds are granted solely in case of force-majeure events like natural disasters at the venue, pandemic-related travel bans, or an unlikely event cancellation by the organizer.
- The same refund policy applies also to accommodation pre-payments. However, refunds are not available for non-refundable rates of Lov Hotel.
